I've never been a runner.
I've never trained for anything more than the 12 minutes Coopper test
Even so ... I decided to run 10k at the Race of Life 2019 and raise the bar for the right cause ... rising money for cancer research.
So .... today I tried to find a nice route to train for the 10k. Completed the distance doing running and walking but kinda pleased with the result
My first 10k in 1 hour and 7 minutes, including 7k of running.
Next target is to do it under 1 hour.
